In 2013 the first WIN TEA was introduced to enhance that congress experience for women. Such a get together, allows us to more easily break down country barriers and get acquainted with professionals beyond our own “country branches”.
The idea to have WIN activities at the branch level arose several years ago when some women who attended the WIN Tea at the congress, expressed the desire to organize a similar initiative in their own country.
We have asked the individuals representing the branches to post a brief report on the LinkedIn site in order to share their experience with the WIN community around the world. Women of IFA Network (WIN) can be found at https://www.linkedin.com/groups/5153026
