David M Merrick, JD

David has over 30 years of experience in international tax matters with government, industry, and public accounting.  He began his career in the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (international).  He worked at KPMG in London for the US Desk focusing on structuring and financing of the U.S. operations for multinationals expanding into the U.S.  He worked with Jeanne Goulet while at IBM as international tax advisor and collaborates with Byram River Consulting LLC.
